Join Us for the 2024 Arkansas Water Resources Conference

The 2024 Arkansas Water Resources Conference will be held on July 16 – 18 2024! Attendees will meet at the Don Tyson Center for Agricultural Sciences in Fayetteville, Arkansas.

The conference agenda includes informative presentations, a poster session, tours of local projects, and
recreational opportunities.

Consider presenting your work on water resources topics in Arkansas that the conference! Find out more about the call for presentations, here. Both oral and poster presentations are requested. The deadline to submit an abstract is April 12, 2024.

The 2024 Arkansas Water Resources Conference is continuing with the theme of partnership. This year’s partners include the Arkansas Forests and Drinking Water Collaborative, Arkansas Department of Agriculture’s Forestry Division and Natural Resources Division, University of Arkansas Division of
Agriculture, Beaver Watershed Alliance, and the Illinois River Watershed Partnership.

The annual conference brings people together from around Arkansas to share ideas and experiences that will help researchers, state agencies, and other stakeholders address current water resource challenges.

About Arkansas Water Resources Center

Founded in 1964, the AWRC engages with students by supporting student research and providing employment opportunities. The AWRC also operates a water quality laboratory where water samples are analyzed for researchers, students, and the public.
