New Edition of Arkansas Bulletin of Water Research Now Available

The 2021-2022 edition of Arkansas Bulletin of Water Research is now available on the  Arkansas Water Resources Center (AWRC) website and ScholarWorks.

The Bulletin is a publication of final reports from Arkansas researchers on topics related to water resources.

“The goal of the Bulletin is to publish the results of the research the AWRC funds in a format the general public can access with high-quality visuals that make it easier to understand,” said Erin Grantz, AWRC Program Manager. “The target audience includes all types of water stakeholders, including policy makers, scientists, and Arkansas citizens.”

Featured research with a local focus is another asset of this publication.

“The Bulletin is also a platform for scientists to publish research with a scope that is more tailored to Arkansas. Scientific journals push for researchers to expand scope, but results that are relevant at smaller scales are also important,” Grantz said.

This Bulletin’s inclusion in the ScholarWorks@UARK digital archive helps it reach a global audience. Publications by the AWRC are downloaded from ScholarWorks thousands of times each year.

The broader AWRC library also includes two new reports on water quality trends in Northwest Arkansas watersheds. Find these reports on the AWRC website as MSC  394 and 395.
