Call for Presentations at AWRC’s Annual Conference

The Arkansas Water Resources Center is inviting proposals for presentations at the Annual Watersheds and Research Conference, which will be held on July 25-26, 2017.

The deadline to submit an abstract is March 17, 2017, and should be submitted by email to erins@uark.edu. Abstracts should be less than 250 words and include the presenting author’s name and presentation title.

Who should submit a talk:

  • Researchers
  • Students
  • Consulting Firms
  • Utilities
  • Watershed Groups
  • State Agencies

Suggested topics include (but not limited to):

  • Illinois River Watershed
  • Source Water Protection and Forest Management
  • Urban and Turf Grass Management
  • Arkansas Delta Water Quality and Quantity
  • Drinking Water Treatment and Residuals
  • Nutrient Trading

Abstracts are due March 17, 2017 by email to erins@uark.edu.

The conference will be held at the Fayetteville Town Center on July 25-26, 2017.
