Water Webinars Continuing in 2026 – Submit Your Topic Ideas

The Arkansas Water Resources Center (AWRC) and its partners are pleased to announce the continuation of the Arkansas Water Webinar series in 2026 and are now accepting suggestions on topics.

Following the success of the webinar series launched in 2024, the AWRC continues to provide a platform for ongoing discussion of water topics relevant to Arkansas throughout the year, complementing the annual water conference held each summer. The webinar organizing committee invites viewers to submit topic suggestions or volunteer to lead a session for the upcoming 2026 series. Email Dr. Brian Haggard, Director of the AWRC, at haggard@uark.edu to share your ideas or volunteer to present a Water Webinar.

The webinars will be held from noon to 1 p.m. on the third Thursday of each month. The committee will announce each webinar one month in advance, along with a registration link. The 2026 series will take place in March, April, May, June, August, September, and October.

Please note that there will be no webinar in July due to the annual Agriculture, Forestry, and Water Conference, which will be held in person from July 28-30, 2026, at the Don Tyson Center for Agricultural Sciences in Fayetteville, AR.

The committee encourages you to attend both the Water Webinars and the annual water conference to stay connected with the water resources community.
